Each tray moves your teeth a tiny amount, and you progress through the series every 1–2 weeks. They are nearly invisible — most people around you won't notice you're undergoing treatment. They are removable, so you eat and drink whatever you like, and cleaning your teeth is no different from normal. The experience is significantly more comfortable than braces.
