• Requests, not confirmed appointments. Submitting the booking form on this website is a request for an appointment, not a confirmed booking. An appointment is only confirmed once Dr. Shah's team contacts you to agree on a date, time, and location.
• Confirmation method.Dr. Shah's team will contact you to confirm your appointment via WhatsApp or phone call, typically within 24 hours of your request.
• Cancellations. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance by calling or messaging on WhatsApp. This allows us to offer the slot to another patient.
• No-shows. Repeated failure to attend confirmed appointments without notice may result in requests being deprioritised.
